Founded in 2004, the Culinary Arts Academy (MSA) is among the world’s top culinary schools, offering exceptional training. It is Turkey’s only institution accredited by CTH, City & Guilds, SQA, and Pearson/Ed Excel. MSA’s campus features professional training kitchens, a bartending and mixology classroom, a wine cellar, a coffee training lab, Turkey’s first culinary auditorium, a food & beverage library, a museum, and MSA Dükkân, its retail space.

MSA embodies a duality: one that presents a highly academic and professional front, and another that fosters creativity and playfulness, encapsulated in its workshop space. Building upon this contrast, my objective is to bridge the more experimental, hands-on aspect of MSA with the sense of unity, warmth, and nostalgia that games evoke — a universal thread that connects us all, regardless of age or background.

Over the next 12 months, I intend to merge interactive games, designed for at least two participants, with the boundless forms and textures of culinary arts and pastry. Through this fusion, I aim to convey the notion that cooking, much like a game, is both a challenge and a shared experience.
